DeAnna Milmine joined the MSSF marketing team in November 2018 and has nearly 20 years combined experience in the health insurance and employee benefits industry. DeAnna has enjoyed the benefit of being involved in many different areas of the health insurance industry that include working for doctor’s offices, billing insurance claims, claims processing and in more recent years working more directly with employees by hosting benefit education meetings, handling quote requests, presenting insurance related material at educator conferences and helping employees understand the value of wellness programs in the workplace.
As a Marketing and Sales Representative, DeAnna uses her experience to foster meaningful and productive relationships with MUST plan members, agents, and employer groups. Year after year, DeAnna looks forward to growing the membership at MUST in the South-Central Montana region by providing superior customer service with exceptional follow-through. DeAnna holds a seat on the Montana CE Advisory Board to help ensure course materials are appropriate and approved in a timely fashion. DeAnna likes to say, “The road to your school or place of business is my office, and I’m always happy to help!”
DeAnna has gone above and beyond to sit down and answer questions with our employees and dig into the plan options that will fit their needs best. Her broad depth of knowledge has been incredibly beneficial to our staff especially when they are going through life changes and need additional guidance with how their insurance can work for them.
