This position serves as a MUST benefits expert; we’re looking for someone that can/has:

  • Assess customer needs and timely resolve questions/or concerns, with appropriate member record documentation and knowing when to refer to another appropriate resource for resolution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Research and analyze health benefit claims, COB, COBRA, member eligibility, and contract/benefit issues for resolution
  • Maintain MUST’s enrollment system to support enrollment/eligibility functions
  • Effectively participate in a team environment, as well a work independently
  • Develop and manage projects to meet organizational goals and streamline processes for accuracy and compliance
