MUST is proud to offer a variety of plan designs and benefits to meet our customers’ needs. MUST includes group life insurance and long-term disability insurance with the following group medical plans: the Revised Major Medical Plan (RM), the Comprehensive Major Medical Plan (CM), the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), and the Basic Medical Plan (BP).

MUST requires a member group to enroll at least 75% of all eligible employees, excluding eligible employees waiving coverage because they are covered under a spouse’s plan.
