Vice President Operations

This executive team position assists the CEO in managing the organization’s resources and overseeing finance, operations, sales and marketing, and human resources. In conjunction with the CEO, the VP

  • Assists in leading, directing, planning, and participating in the business operations and strategic development of MSSF and its primary program, MUST.
  • Is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with school districts, school employees, and sponsoring organizations and be responsive to their needs.

This position works closely with the actuary monitoring financial and market performance and the third party administrator performing financial analysis and monitoring trends.
