Benefit Summary

The Benefit Summary is a great tool for getting to know the basic structure of MUST plans.  It is intended as an easy-to-use reference, but the information contained therein will be superseded by information contained in the Summary Plan Description.  The Summary Plan Description can be accessed through our TPAs' secure member portals, which are accessible by clicking the respective log-in button on the MUST homepage.
